Sea Pines Architectural Review Board Meetings & Results
The ARB normally convenes every Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. in the Sea Pines ARB Office located at 175 Greenwood Drive in Sea Pines.
Note: The fifth Tuesday of the applicable months will be designated for Procedures, Policies, and Guidelines review. No applications will be reviewed at these meetings.
Submittals complete with all requisite elements should be received at the ARB office no later than 4:00 pm Wednesday of the week prior to the Tuesday meeting. All data requirements must be complete, or the Board will defer the submittal.
